A really outstanding book on superfruits called "Superfruits" by Paul Gross was recently published. superfruits can be found in this highly readible book and honest accountings of these fruits powers and their abilities to help with certain diseases are detailed.
Antioxidant freaks and the health minded will enjoy Superfruits. There's plenty of info about future superfruit giants
and the skinny on Acai and pomegranate.
